There will be room for freedom and openness ... and especially gradually you get more energy.
In a second intensive pathway of 2 x 5 hours a week for 6 weeks you will further lower your general stress level and above all stabilise it, and remember and throw away even heavier bricks that you have been hiding from yourself for years (secrets, severe traumas,...). You believe in and start to experience your self-healing capacity.

For transgressive behaviours:

In a first intensive pathway of at least 2 x 2 hours per week for 10 weeks, you will lower your stress level by transforming this suffering and you will start various processes to reduce unnecessary heavy burdens (repeated negative thoughts, beliefs, emotions, traumas,...) that you have been carrying unconsciously for years. You thought that you were almost born with it and would have to live with it forever and notice that you were wrong; there is room for freedom and above all, you gradually get your own room (space) back.

In a second intensive pathway of 2 x 2 hours per week for 10 (to 20) weeks, you eliminate the remaining or light burdens, take further possession of your own space and rearrange it as you wish and as is best for you. You could be reborn, and live and enjoy life as you never did before.
